摘要
介绍了一种新的油浸式变压器绕组热点温度在线测量方法,以最新版变压器负载导则中的热点温度计算模型为基础,实时采集变压器负荷电流和环境温度,采用适于任意时变负载系数和时变环境温度的差分方程解法,完成对绕组热点温度的在线测量。在此基础上,设计出绕组热点温度在线测量系统。该系统针对变压器的不同运行工况,监测其热点温度,防止温度过热损坏变压器绝缘结构。提出的测量系统具有准确度高、经济投入少、简便实用的优点。
This article introduces a new online measurement method of oil-immersed transformer winding hot-spot temperature. Based on the hot-spot temperature computational model of the newest version transformer load guidance, the online measurement of the winding hot-spot temperature is obtained by collecting the real-time transformer load current and the ambient temperature, and then using the difference equation applicable to any time-varying load coefficient and time-varying ambient temperature. In this way, the online measurement system of winding hot-spot temperature is designed. As to the transformer's different operational situation, this system can monitor its hot-spot temperature and prevent the high temperature from damaging the transformer's insulation structure. This system introduced is precise, inexpensive, easy and practical.
