The Discussion of the Hot-water Boiler Commissioning Techniques for the 116 MW Circulating Fluidized Bed

阐述了某热源厂116 MW循环流化床热水锅炉的结构特点,制定了适合流化床热水锅炉启动调试过程中的煮炉方案,分析了热水锅炉频繁启停以及带负荷试运阶段锅炉出水压力波动大等原因,为循环流化床热水锅炉调试及运行提出了建议。

This article states the structural characteristics of the 116 MW circulating fluidized bed＇s hot-water boiler of one heat source plant, and then makes the boiling-out plan suitable for the hot-water boiler of the circulating fluidized bed to start up its commissioning process. After analyzing the causes for the hot-water boiler＇s frequent shutdown and the fluctuating discharge pressure during the on-load trial operation, this article also proposes suggestions for the commissioning and operation of the circulating fluidized bed＇s hot-water boiler.
