摘要
阐述了"三塔合一"技术集空冷、脱硫、排烟功效为一体,具有节水、节能、环保的优点,带肋空冷塔筒壁的设计越来越广泛。以山西昱光发电有限责任公司2×300 MW煤矸石综合利用发电厂一期新建工程为例,空冷塔筒壁在传统无肋筒壁施工技术上加以改进,配置定型肋模板,改进肋的施工工艺,保证每模肋的垂直度,确保整体筒壁肋线条通畅,使筒壁混凝土外观工艺美观。
The design of the ribbed cylinder wall of the air cooling tower is becoming more and more popular. It combines the three functions of air cooling, desulfurization and smoke evacuation. At the same time, it saves water and energy, and is environment-friendly. Taking the example of the 1st stage 2×300 MW gangue comprehensive utilization project of Sbanxi Yuguang Electric Power Generation Co., Ltd, the traditional no-rib cylinder wall construction technique is improved, the air cooling tower cylinder wall is configured with the shaped rib template, and the construction technique of the rib is improved. In this way, the verticality of the template rib can be guaranteed, the lines of the whole ribbed cylinder wall are smooth, and the concrete surface of the cylinder wall looks good.
