本文在调研的基础上对高等农科人才的素质特征、知识能力结构与培养途径作了深入的探讨 ,以利培养适应新世纪需要的高素质的农科人才。

In order to find out the relationship between the connotation of features of qualified agricultural personnel and their knowledge competence,based on the data collected through an survey and questionnaires,an detailed analysis was made to show the quality features,the knowledge competence structures,and the ways for training of the well qualified personnel in the field of agriculture.
