美宝湿润烧伤膏联合表皮生长因子治疗糖尿病足33例

MEBO Combined with Epidermal Growth Factor for Treating 33 Cases of Diabetic Foot

目的观察美宝湿润烧伤膏联合表皮生长因子治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法选择2007年1月至2012年1月收治的糖尿病足患者60例,随机分成对照组27例和治疗组33例,对照组给予常规清洗换药,治疗组在对照组基础上给予美宝湿润烧伤膏联合表皮生长因子治疗。结果对照组总有效率为85.19%,治疗组总有效率为93.94%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组创面愈合时间显著短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美宝湿润烧伤膏联合表皮生长因子治疗糖尿病足疗效显著,可有效缩短伤口创面愈合时间,缩短病程,降低医疗费用,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Moist Exposed Burn Ointiment（MEBO） combined with epidermal growth factor in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods Sixty cases of diabetic foot in our hospital from January 2007 to January 2012 were selected and randomly divided into the control group （27 cases） and the treatment group （33 cases）.The control group was given routine cleaning and dressing, while the treatment group was given MEBO combined with epidermal growth factor based on the control group. Results The total effective rate was 85.19% in the control group and 93.94% in treatment group was, the difference was sta- tistically significant （P〈0. 05）; the wound healing time in the treatment group was significantly shorted than that in the control group, the difference between the two groups had statistical significance （P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion MEBO combined with epidermal growth fac- tor in treating diabetic foot has a significant effect, which can effectively shorten the wound healing time, shorten the course of disease and reduce medical costs, and deserves to be used in clinic.
