With the rapid development of natural gas business, PetroChina is trying to be the leader of LNG industry. Analyze economic development and reform effect through top-level de- sign and grass-roots creation. Combined with LNG business development situation of PetroChina and the state of environment at home and abroad, the LNG development strategy is discussed based on the organic coupling of top-level design and grass-roots creation.
