摘要
采用田间小区试验研究了受到柴油污染的土壤对早熟禾生长、养分吸收的影响,结果表明:受到柴油污染的土壤会显著抑制早熟禾生长及早熟禾对Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn等多种微量元素的吸收;随着柴油污染程度(浓度)的增加,抑制效果逐渐增强。在土壤柴油污染达到0.30 L/m2时,早熟禾的成坪速度、干重以及养分吸收均受到显著抑制,干重的抑制率达到50.3%。
The effect of diesel contaminated soil on growth and nutrient uptake of Poa pratensis was researched adopting field plot trial. The result showed that diesel pollution in the soil significantly inhibited the growth of Poa prtttensis as well as its absorption of trace elements such as Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn etc.. and with the increase in diesel concentration the in- hibitory effect increased gradually. When diesel pollution in the soil reached 0.30 L/m^2 the turf velocity, biomass and nutri- ent uptake of Kentucky bluegrass were significantly inhibi)ed, inhibition rate of the biomass reached 50.3%.
