基于2000—2010年广西建设用地和社会经济发展相关数据,采用相关分析法和弹性系数法,对广西建设用地和社会经济发展动态关系进行定量分析。结果表明,广西建设用地规模和社会固定投资的相关性最大,达0.911,依次是工业总产值、GDP、总人口,最小的是城镇化率;总人口对建设用地规模拉动作用最大,然后为城镇化率、GDP,社会固定投资对建设用地拉动作用最小。

Based on the data of Guangxi 2000-2010 construction land and socio-economic development, the quantitative analysis of the relationship between the Guangxi construction land and socio-economic developments was done using related analysis method and elastic coefficient method.
