摘要
利用激光拉曼光谱法结合紫外光谱法对直接一次浸泡茶水(碧螺春、龙井和普洱)中的咖啡因进行了定性和定量检测,分析了其咖啡因含量。该方法便捷易行,具有较高的灵敏度,为茶水中咖啡因的直接检测提供了一条有效的途径。
Qualitative and quantitative analyses on the caffeine in the tea water of Biluocun, Longjing and Puer were carried out by using laser Raman spectroscopy and ultraviolet spectroscopy, and the contents of caffeine in the corresponding tea water were determined. This analytic method is facile and highly sensitive, which provides an effective pathway for the detection of caffeine in tea water.
