摘要
师德信仰是高校师德建设的精神源动力。要想解决当前高校部分教师师德信仰中存在的问题,必须要加强师德信仰教育,建立师德奉献与师德回报的社会机制,加大舆论监督力度,坚定高校教师师德信仰,才能从根本上提高师德建设水平。
The teacherts ethics of faith is source power of spirit on college teachers＇ moral construction. To solve the existing problems of some teachers＇ ethics faith, colleges must establish ethics commitment and ethics of social return mechanism, strengthen the supervision of public opinion, etc, so as to fundamentally improve the level of teachers＇ ethics construction.
