基于三维管理金字塔体系的管理学教材建设研究

Research on Management Textbook Reform Based on the Three-Dimensional Management Pyramid Architecture

按照"实践-教学-教材"的路径分析国内外管理学教材的问题,并研究其解决方案。通过构建三维管理金字塔体系提出教材建设的思路,以解决现有管理学教材存在的知识割裂、维度混乱和体系不完整等问题。由此形成新教材的框架结构和主要特色:从领域维入门,介绍实际管理系统的运行概貌和背景知识;沿层次维提高,分析战略、战术和作业管理的协作机理;由过程维深入,阐述计划、组织、领导和控制的经典原理与创新成果。

Problems of management textbooks in China and abroad are analyzed along practice-teaching-textbook path,and the solution is researched. The idea of textbook reform is put forward by constructing the three-dimensional management pyramid architecture so that the problems of existing management textbooks are solved such as knowledge separation,dimensions confusion,system incompletion and so on. Thus the framework of the new textbook is formed. It has the following characteristics：entering through the domain dimension by introducing the operation general picture and background knowledge of practical management system,enhancing through the hierarchy dimension by analyzing the collaboration mechanism of strategic, tactical and operational management, and deepening through the process dimension by expounding the classical principle and innovations of plarming,organizing, leading and controlling.
