摘要 本文以广西工学院通信工程专业为例,阐述将CDIO国际工程教育理念引入地方高校电子信息类专业人才培养的改革与实践,以适应不同层次和教学环节的实战项目作为驱动,围绕"做中学"这一主线展开人才综合能力培养体系的构建,并充分利用与依托行业企业、地方优势,借助校企合作、产学结合等多种方式,立体化培养具有良好工程素质和实践创新能力、真正符合市场需求的多层次专业人才。 This paper takes telecommunications engineering specialty of Guangxi University of Technology as an example,introduces the CDIO international engineering education concept into electronic information specialty talents cultivation reform and practice of local colleges. Which takes real projects adapting to different levels and teaching sections as a drive,constructs comprehensive ability training system of talents around the main line of the "learn by doing", and takes full advantage of industry enterprises, regional superiority, with the help of school-enterprise cooperation, combination of production with teaching, such as a variety of ways, realizes stereoscopic cultivation of multi-level talents with good engineering quality and ability of practice and innovation to meet true market demand.
