摘要
"素养工程"作为以培养高职学生综合素养为主要目标的育人培养体系,对师资配套有着独特的需求。本文结合"素养工程"任务目标和高职院校办学的实际,从"素养工程"的体系结构、基本特点和师资结构方面,探索"素养工程"师资的体系构建及其培养方式,从而为"素养工程"实施提供有力的师资保障。
As the ＂Comprehensive Quality Project＂ is the educating system whose target is to cultivate studentg intergrated qualitys,basically it has the special needs for the supporting faculty. This essay analyzes the mission of the ＂Comprehensive Quality Project＂ and the actual condition of higher vocational education in terms of the systemic frameworks, basic features and staff structure. In order to provide the powerful teaching supportability for the implement of ＂Comprehensive Quality Project＂ , this essay explores the system building and training methods for the faculty of ＂Comprehensive Quality Project＂.
