大学生自习室“十字型”管理新模式的提出与思考——以湖南农业大学为例

The Discussion Based on New "Cross" Administative Mode of College Students' Self-study——Taking Hunan Agricultural Universitiy as an Example

针对当前广泛存在的大学生自习问题,通过分析湖南农业大学的典型情况,提出了自习室"十字型"管理新模式。经分析,发现该模式实用性好,能在一定程度上缓和和改善自习室供不应求的状况,为我国大部分高校的自习室管理提供参考。

With the analysis of college students＇ self-study problmes at present, combined with one typical case of Hunan Agricultural University,one new ＂cross＂ administrative mode of college students＇ self-study classrooms was announced. After analysis, this new mode had been found with those characteristics which like generality, easing and improving the shortage of self -study rooms＇ supply,and it is suitable for most of universities.
