参与式培训方法在女性村“两委”干部培训中的应用与效果分析——以全国妇联-李嘉诚基金会“启璞计划”试点项目为例

The Analysis on Application and Effect of Participating Training Method Applied in Village Women Commissioners Cardre Training——Taking “Qi Pu”Project for Example,Which is Funded by National Women's Federation-Li Ka Shing foundation

"启璞计划"村"两委"女干部培训试点项目采用参与式培训。参与式培训是协作者与参与者在平等、尊重、相互分享中学习知识、创造知识、共同提高能力的过程,具有参与性、平等性、开放性、合作性、主体性的特点。项目实施单位在培训中必须注重师资配备与培训,调整培训内容及计划,营造宽松、愉悦的培训氛围,组织形式多样的学习活动。项目监测评估结果表明,采用参与式培训方法培训广西村"两委"女干部效果明显,但还存在一些不足需要改进。

＂Qi Pu program＂＂village women commissioners＂ cadre training experimental project adopts the participatory training method. The participatory training is a process for teamworkers and participators to learn knowledge, create knowledge and jointly improve ability in equality, respect and mutual sharing, which is featured by participation, equality, openness, cooperation and principal. In the process of training,the project implementation unit must put stress on the teacher allocating and training, adjust the training content and plan, create a loose and amusive training atmosphere and organize diversified learning activities. The project monitoring and evaluation result shows that Guangxi ＂village women commissioners＂ cadre training with partieipatory training method has obtained an obvious effect,but there are some shortcomings to be improved.
