急性膝关节多韧带损伤围术期护理

Perioperative Nursing Care of the Acute Knee Multiple Ligaments Injury

目的探讨急性膝关节多韧带损伤患者的围术期护理。方法对11例急性膝关节多韧带损伤患者行膝关节镜辅助下亚急性期交叉韧带重建、侧副韧带修复,术前做好心理辅导、适应性康复训练。术后密切观察患肢情况,做好术后监护,指导患者进行适当的功能训练及出院指导。结果本组患者手术成功,住院期间未发生严重并发症。结论围术期精心护理是急性膝关节多韧带损伤治疗成功的重要保障。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing care of the keen multiple ligaments injury patients. Methods Eleven cases who had acute knee ligaments injury were reconstructed the cruciate ligaments and repaired the accessory ligaments by the keen arthroscopy during the subacute stage.It should be made psychological guidance,preoperation teaching and adaptability reha- bilitation training to them.After operation,to observe the injury limbs changing ang guardianship as well as to guidance the patient to do the suitable exercise and told them the special instruction after leaving hospital. Results All cases who had the operation were suc- cessful and had not the serious complications. Conclusion Elaborately care in the perioperation is the important gurantee for the acute knee ligaments injury patients to operate successfully.
