摘要
近年来,国内为数不多的几家博物馆开始使用劳务派遣讲解员,这种用工形式涉及到劳务派遣公司、劳务派遣讲解员和博物馆三方的责权利。笔者结合近两年的博物馆劳务派遣讲解员管理工作实践,以广东省博物馆为例,就博物馆劳务派遣讲解员科学管理问题进行探讨。
In recent years, dispatchedinterpreters have been employed by several museums in China. This type of employment involves the responsibility, right and benefit of the labor dispatch company, the dispatchedinterpreters,and the museum. Based on a nearly two-year working experiencein managing dispatehedinterpreters, the author takes the Guangdong Museum as an example to discuss the scientific management of dispatchedinterpreters of the museum.
