推土机顶推梁强度分析及结构优化研究

摘要 顶推梁为推土机工作装置的关键部件之一,基于动应力的分析方法,针对高驱动履带推土机顶推梁侧向受载的典型工况对其进行强度分析和结构优化.通过定性和定量的分析得出侧向受载情况下顶推梁的应力情况,为顶推梁的性能分析和实际应用提供参考. The pushing beam is one of the key components of bulldozer working device. Based on the dynamic stress analysis method, an intensity analysis and structural optimization on the typical working conditions of lateral loading are conducted on the pushing beam of high-driving tracked bulldozers. Through qualitative and quantitative analyses, the pushing beam stresses under lateral loading are obtained. Therefore, this approach provides a reference to performance analysis and practical application for pushing beams.
