摘要
设计了45 t集装箱曲臂正面吊,并对其曲臂进行了三种工况运动学分析与有限元分析,分析表明基本臂前端滑块、基本臂与伸缩臂末端连接处的截面突变处、突变处至基本臂油缸铰耳之间的上下翼板处,应力较大.同时对曲臂的结构进行了直接人工优化分析.设计的曲臂正面吊能够满足跨箱作业的要求,且效率高,为以后曲臂正面吊的设计进行了有益的探索.
The 45 t crank-arm container derrick stacker is designed using kinematical and finite element analyses under three working conditions. Thereafter,it is found form analysis results that the stresses on the basic front-arm block, the sectional mutation position between basic arm and telescopic boom end-joint, the upper and lower wing plates from mutation position to basic arm cylinder hinge-ear are relatively larger. Meanwhile, the crank-arm structure is directly analyzed via artificial optimization. To this end, the designed crank-arm derrick stacker can meet the requirements of cross stacker operation with high efficiency. Therefore, this approach provides a beneficial investigation into the future crank-arm derrick stacker design.
