串联式混合动力推土机控制策略的优化 被引量:1

摘要 根据推土机的结构和工况提出了串联式混合动力系统的设计方案,通过仿真平台对串联式混合动力推土机动力系统的能量管理策略和不同工作模式间相互切换的条件进行了研究及分析,应用模糊逻辑技术,构建模糊推理器,对控制策略进行了模糊优化,使系统的工况稳定性和效率得到了提高.计算结果表明:控制策略优化后,混合动力推土机的发动机工况点在高效区的比例增加了16.38%,燃油经济性提高了6.2%左右,效果显著. Pertaining to the bulldozer structure and working conditions, the design options on series electric hybrid system are proposed. Through the simulation platform, the energy management strategy, together with different working mode shift conditions, is analyzed. By applying the fuzzy logic technique, a fuzzy inference system is established. With fuzzy optimization on control strategy, the system working condition stability and efficiency are enhanced. Thereafter, it is found from calculation results that, upon completion of control strategy optimization, the engine working conditions within the high-efficiency zone increase by 16.38 %, whist the oil economics increases by 6.2 %.
