摘要
为研究整车实际行驶中胶带式无级变速器的传动比与油门开度、道路坡度的变化关系,在已有胶带式无级变速器的传动比、负载扭矩、发动机转速这三者关系的曲面上,研究了在冰面上行驶的某一型号雪橇摩托车。通过计算确定了在不同油门开度和道路坡度下对应的胶带式无级变速器的传动比的值;通过进一步绘图得到雪橇摩托车的油门开度、道路坡度与胶带式无级变速器传动比的变化关系。
In order to research the relationship between speed ratio of rubber-beh CVT and throttle angle, road slope in a moving vehicle, a type of snow motorcycles driving on the ice was introduced based on the relationship curve of rubber-Belt CVT' s speed ratio, crankshaft speed and rubber-Beh CVT's load. Throttle angle and road slope corresponding with speed ratio were calculated, then the relationships among speed ratio of rubber-belt CVT, throttle angle, road slope were obtained.
