摘要
为了适应新一代民用发动机高性能、低排放的发展趋势,提高发动机的环境友好性,匹配新型的分级燃烧技术,设计了一套燃油分配系统。对燃油分配系统工作原理进行介绍,选取分配系统中的关键部件——燃油分配器进行了理论设计和参数计算。通过AMEsim仿真软件建立了燃油分配器的仿真模型,并且对分配器的动态性、鲁棒性和稳态性进行了仿真分析。结果表明:燃油分配器的动态性、稳态性、入口压力和输入位移的鲁棒性较好。
In order to adapt to the high-performance and low-emissions development trend for the new civil engine, and improve the environmental friendliness of the engine to match the new staged combus- tion technology, a fuel distribution system was designed. Through the introduction of the fuel distribu- tion system works, the key component in the distribution system-fuel distributor was selected to re- search. There were some theoretical design and parameter calculation for the fuel distributor. Through the AMEsim software, this article established a simulation model of the fuel distributor and did dynamic, robust and steady-state simulation analysis. The results show that dynamic and stability were pretty good, and the robustness of the entrance pressure and the input displacement was also good.
