Information Platform of Dynamic Office Based on Coordination Work

为了克服传统平台难以满足现代协同办公要求的难题,探讨了一种基于协同工作的动态办公信息平台。分析了难于为管理决策提供及时、准确、全面服务信息的原因,研究了计算机支持的动态即时协同办公平台,对协同动态工作流驱动、系统功能模块、模型结构与协同消息服务驱动等进行了设计,基于XML和JAVA实现了基于协同工作的动态办公信息平台。原型系统经初步测试显示了设计的合理性。实际运行效果表明:所设计的办公信息平台具有可行性。

In order to overcome the puzzle of being difficult to satisfy the demand of modem coordina- tion office by conventional platform, the paper explored a sort of dynamic office information platform based on coordination work. In the paper, it analyzed the cause of being difficult to provide overall service information timely and accurately for management decision, discussed the office platform of immediately dynamic coordination supported by computer, designed the related modules such as coor- dination drive of dynamic workflow, system function, model structure and service drive of coordination message etc, based on XML and JAVA, and implemented the dynamic office information platform based on coordination work. The preliminary test results of implemented prototype system demonstrated that the design would be reasonable. The actual running effect shows that the designed platform of office information owns the feasibility.
