高校后勤社会改革的过程 ,实质上高校后勤领域中政府职能、高校职能和市场功能的调整改组过程 ,其目的是合理地配置、利用后勤资源 ,提高社会效益和经济效益 ,应从主体转换、机制转换和空间转换三方面准确把握后勤社会化改革的实质。在实施改革的进程中 ,必须坚持社会化原则、有偿原则。

The course of socially reforming the rear-service system in colleges and universities,in substance,is one of adjusting and reorganizing the functions of government,college and market in this field,the aim of the reform is to reasonably dispose and utilize the rear-service resources,and improve its social and economic benefits.We should correctly grasp the essence of this reform from the changes in mainbody,system and space.And in the reform programme,we must adhere to the principles of society,profit,benefit and education.
