葫芦钻等4种瑶药的薄层鉴别研究

TLC Identification of Four Kinds of Yao Herb(Pothos chinensis etc)

目的:建立瑶药葫芦钻、铜钻、入山虎、牛耳风的定性分析方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法进行鉴别。结果:方法简单、快速、可行、重现性好。结论:可为制定葫芦钻、铜钻、入山虎、牛耳风药材质量标准提供实验基础。

Objective： To establish qualitative analysis methods of Yao Herb Pothos chinensis, Mappianthu iodoides, Zan- thoxylum nitidum var and Fissistigma polyanthum. Methods： Thin layer chromatography（TLC） was adopted. Results： This method was simple, quick, feasible and repeatable. Conclusion： This method can provide experimental evidence for setting of quality standards for Pothos chinensis, Mappianthu iodoides, Zanthoxylum nitidum var.and Fissistigma polyanthum.
