人工膝关节置换术后关节肿胀疼痛的中西医结合护理

Joint Swelling and Pain Nursing after Artificial Knee Arthroplasty using TCM and Western Medicine:A Clinical Observation of 73 Cases

目的:探讨人工膝关节置换术后关节肿胀疼痛的中西的护理要点和疗效。方法:观察73例行膝关节置换患者的术后护理方法及效果。结果:本组患者术后无并发症,所有病例均顺利出院,半年后随访,患者疼痛缓解和关节活动度满意。结论:做好膝关节置换术后关节肿胀和疼痛消除的护理,对提高患者术后膝关节功能的恢复至关重要。

Objective： To discuss the effect and main points of joint swelling and pain nursing, using TCM and Western Medicine, after artificial knee arthroplasty. Methods： The efficacy of nursing after artificial knee arthroplasty, using TCI~ and Western Medicine, was observed in 73 postoperative patients. Results： All patients suffered from no complications and left the hospital with satisfying pain relief and range of motion. Conclusion： It is vitally important to provide well joint swelling and pain nursing after artificial knee arthroplasty for the postoperative patients to get recovery of keen function.
