养老机构护理人员知信行调查分析

Investigation and analysis the KABP of nursing staff on old-age care institutions

目的:通过对郑州市养老机构护理人员知识、信念和行为现状的调查,分析养老机构护理人员知、信、行现状及存在的问题,为养老机构护理人员知、信、行现状改善提供依据。方法:采用自设问卷,对郑州市不同性质5家养老机构中的149名护理人员知识、信念和行为现状进行调查。结果:养老机构中的护理人员对常见疾病知识的掌握不容乐观,比如:对心绞痛和气管炎发作时能作出正确处理的仅占57.72%和65.77%;工作人员工作态度相当积极,但对待遇不太满意;工作人员不能很好地处理老人睡眠功能紊乱、失眠及临终护理问题。结论:养老机构护理人员知、信、行现状总体上不容乐观,应加强对养老机构护理人员的专业培训,并在一定程度上提高其工资待遇,同时规范养老机构护理人员的护理行为,以提高入住老人的生活质量。

Objective：To investigate the situation of nursing staff＇s knowledge,attitude,belief and practice（KABP） of old - age care institutions in Zheng- zhou city, to analyze the KABP of nursing staff current situation and existing problems of old -age care institutions, and provide the basis for improving the status of pension institutions nursing staff on KABP. Methods： Used the self - designed questionnaire,investigated 149 nurses KABP of five different nature of pension institutions in Zhengzhou city. Results：Nursing home nursing staff knowledge was not optimlstie on common diseases, such as：angina pectoris and bronchitis attack could make the right processing only and 57.72% and 65.77% ;rather positive attitude d its staff, but the treatment wasn＇t happy with staff do not handle very well sleep disorders,insomnia and hospice care issues for the elderly. Conclusion：Present situation d nursing home nurses＇ knowl- edge, attitude, belief is not optimistic on the overall, professional training for nursing home care personnel should be strengthened, and to some extent to im- prove their wages,while regulating the nursing home earegivers nursing behavior,to improve the quality of Iife of old people.
