橡皮塞联合弹力绷带固定法对PICC置管后穿刺点压迫时间的研究

Study on the compression time of puncture point after PICC tube rubber plug combined elastic bandage fixation

目的:探讨PICC置管术后弹力绷带合理的使用时间,用于指导临床工作。方法:将60例癌症患者分为A组、B组、C组,每组20例,统一使用B超引导下改良赛丁格技术穿刺置管后,缠绕弹力绷带,分别于2,4,6 h后取下。结果:B组和C组止血效果优于A组,A组和B组患者的舒适满意度高于C组。结论:橡皮塞联合弹力绷带规范固定法用于PICC置管术后穿刺点压迫止血的理想时间为4 h,可提高患者舒适率且不影响止血效果,也不会导致静脉血栓的形成。

Objective：To investigate the PICC after placing tube elastic bandage reasonable use of time, to guide the clinical work. Methods：60 cases of cancer patients were divided into A group, B group, C group ,20 cases in caeh group, unified use of Bultrasound guided modified Seldinger technique cathe- terization,winding elastic bandage,respectively at 2 h,4 h,6 h and took off. Results：Hemostatie effect of B group and C group were better than A group,A group and B group patients satisfaction were higher than that C group, therefore, elastic bandage for the prevention of PICC oozing of puncture point of ra- tional dressing time was 4 h. Conclusion ： The rubber plug combined elastic bandage for fixation for PICC ideal time of puncture point compression hemostasis tube after operation was 4 h,ean improve patient comfort and does not affect the hemostatie cffeet,alse won＇t cause of venous thrombosis.
