加温密闭输液式清洁灌肠在门急诊的应用

Application of heat sealed infusion clean enema in the outpatient and emergency

目的:分析加温密闭输液式清洁灌肠在门急诊中的应用效果。方法:将我科清洁灌肠的100例患者按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,对照组采取传统清洁灌肠方法,观察组采取加温密闭输液式清洁灌肠,评估并对比两组患者的肠腔清洁度、患者舒适度及满意率。结果:观察组各项观察指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加温密闭输液式清洁灌肠的肠腔清洁作用明显优于传统方式,可有效提高患者舒适度与满意率。

Objective ：To analyze the application value of heat sealed infusion clean enema in the outpatient and emergency. Metheds：100 cases of patients in our department received doctor＇s orders to clean enema were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number ta- ble,the control group were given traditional cleansing enema, the observation group wre given heat sealed infusion clean enema,intestine cleanliness, patient comfort,patient satisfaction and nursing staff satisfaction rate of two groups patients were assessed and compared. Results：The each index of the observation group were significantly better than the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：The coelenterasine clean of heat sealed infusion cleansing enema was superior to the traditional way,can effectively improve patient comfort and satisfaction,and significantly enhance the eficiency of the nursing staff.
