摘要 目的通过对重庆市部分中小学生的骨龄调查研究,分析重庆市儿童青少年的生长发育趋势。方法随机选择重庆市5~19岁的中小学生共1 941人作为研究对象,按性别、年龄分组,其中男生965人,女生976人。以每岁为一个年龄段,共分10个年龄段,测定其身高、体质量。以X线机拍摄左手手腕部后前位片并计算骨龄,根据《中国人手腕骨发育标准CHN法》进行评价,对骨龄与生活年龄、骨龄的性别差异进行相关分析。结果骨龄与生活年龄呈直线相关关系,男生r=0.942,女生r=0.935,总r=0.938,各年龄段骨龄均值均大于生活年龄。男生除2个年龄段无显著性差异外,其他年龄段均有显著性差异;女生有3个年龄段有显著性差异,同时女生生长发育早于男生,存在性别差异。结论重庆市儿童青少年骨骼发育有提前成熟的趋势。 Objective To investigate the skeletal development of adolescent in Chongqing area. Methods To- tally 1 941 healthy adolescents (965 males and 976 females) at 5 to 19 years of age living in Chongqing area were ran- domly selected, and their left wrist were radiated at the posterior-anterior position. The bones at wrist were scored according to the Chinese Wrist Skeletal Development Standard CHN Method. The correlation among skeletal age, chronological age and the sex were analyzed. Results Skeletal age positively correlated with chronological age (male: r= 0. 942, female:r= 0.9a5, total:r= 0.9a5). Conclusion The skeletal development of adolescent in Chongqing area has the characteristic of acceleration.
