摘要
通过对某220 kV变电站的全站失压事故情况进行系统分析,发现该变电站在220 kV系统PT自动化元件发生改变,可靠性低的PT设备发生断线,导致在操作过程中发生全站失压事故。由此找到引发全站失压的直接原因和主要原因,以及由此所思考的该变电站在技术管理、制度管理等方面出现的问题和漏洞,提出科学合理的预防和改进措施。
Based on a systematic analysis of the total voltage loss incident of a certain 220 kV substation, it is found that some changes in the PT automation elements and some disconnections of the PT of low reliability cause the total voltage loss in the operation process. With the direct and indirect causes found out, and considering the problems and loopholes existing in the technical and system management of the substation, this paper proposes some scientific and reasonable prevention and improvement measures.
