转动管半固态浆料制备工艺的有限元模拟研究

摘要 利用有限元技术分析了转动管半固态制浆工艺过程的热流耦合场。结果表明,在转动输送管内壁对合金液的剪切作用下,熔体流经输送管期间的紊流效应增强,有利于提高熔融态合金的有效形核数目和等轴非枝晶的形成。合金液温度从输送管入口到出口逐渐下降,合金温度场等温线沿着输送管转动的切向方向发生偏移,温度沿着切向递增。随着合金液浇注温度的升高或者输送管转速的降低,半固态浆料的出口温度升高,与实验结果一致。 The process of semi--solid slurry--making by Low superheat pouring process with shearing field, was analyzed by the FEA method. The simulation results show that: the Shearing field enhance the turbulence effect while the melting alloy flow through the wall of rotating barrel, in favor of the effective nucleation number improvement and the equiaxed non--den- dritic grains forming. The temperature of the melting alloy reduces from the inlet's to the outlet's, the excursion direction of isotherm corresponds to the tangent direction of rotating barrel, and the temperature increases along the tangent direction. The outlet temperature of the semi--solid slurry increases while the pouring temperature increased or the rotational speed reduced, according to the experiment result.
