摘要
实现风电机组状态监测是保证机组长期安全稳定运行的有效手段,文章论述了风电机组状态监测系统的构成和特点,对目前国内外现已开展的监测系统进行了综述,并对基于共振解调、最优滤波解调、无线通信的状态监测系统结合具体厂家作了详细分析。最后对状态监测系统的发展和存在的问题做了展望和总结,风电机组各部件监测机制的完善、专家系统的建立、报警阈值的设置以及研发有效可行的软硬件系统是目前风电机组状态监测需要解决的关键问题。
The condition monitoring is an effective means to ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of wind turbines. This paper discusses the structure and characteristics of the condition monitoring system for wind turbines and reviews the studies on the system conducted both at home and abroad. Based on actual cases given by some manufacturers, the paper makes an in-depth analysis on the condition monitoring system based on the demodulated resonance technique, optimal filtering demodulation technique and wireless communication technique respectively. Finally it summarizes the existing problems and discusses the development of the system. Improvement of mon- itoring mechanism for wind turbine components, building an expert system, setting up the proper alarm threshold and research and development of the effective and feasible hardware and software system are key problems to be solved.
