摘要
导流隧洞广泛应用于工程建设中,由于导流洞过水断面尺寸越来越大,导致闸门孔口尺寸和闸门重量变大,则要求启闭机启动荷载变大。塔顶牛腿是启闭机主要支撑结构,牛腿结构稳定是导流洞顺利下闸和水库蓄水的安全保证。采用规范方法和有限元方法对牛腿结构进行计算研究,给出结构的变形、应力分布和配筋,比较两种方法的计算结果,对牛腿结构的受力和变形特征进行分析研究,提出进水塔塔顶牛腿的设计建议,为其他工程导流洞塔顶牛腿结构设计提供参考。
Diversion tunnels are widely used in the hydropower project. The larger the size of the tunnel crosses section, the larger the size of the intake orifice, and the heavier the weight of the sluice gate, leading to an increase of the hoist load. As the top corbel is the main supporting structure of the hoist, the stability of its structure plays a vital part in guaran- teeing the smooth operation of the sluice gate and storage of the reservoir water. In this paper, the analytic method and finite element method are used in the calculation of the corbel structure, giving the structural deformation, stress distribution and reinforcement. Analysis and studies on the stresses and deformations of the corbel are conducted through comparison of the results resultant from the two methods, and some suggestions are made so as to provide useful reference for the design of the corbel structure for other projects.
