摘要
通过对钛及钛舍金材料的焊接性进行分析研究,针对钛及钛合金材料在焊接中易产生氧化、裂纹、气孔等焊接缺陷,通过试验和制定合理的焊接工艺、气体保护措施,使我们掌握钛合金管的焊接技术,获得满意的焊接质量。
Though analysis and research the weldahility of titanium and titanium alloy material, for titanium and titanium alloy material is easy to occur defects such as oxidation, cracks and pore in welding process, through the test, designing the correctly welding process and gas protective measures, we could mastery the welding technology of titanium alloy tube and obtain satisfactory welding quality.
