火炮身管防护新技术

New Protection Technology for Gun Barrel

阐述了火炮身管置换式充氮防护原理，介绍了制充氮设备、密封装置与充氮防护工艺。应用表明：置换式充氮防护技术为火炮身管营造了一个良好“微环境”，可实现火炮身管的优质封存与快启封。

Principle of replacement type nitrogen--filled packaging protection technology for gun tube is discussed. With the application of replacement type nitrogen--filled packaging and sealing instrument, the packaging and sealing process is researched. The results showed that, the replacement type nitrogen--filled technology makes the gun barrel under a ＂micro-- environment＂ . At the same time, the gun barrel can be well packaged and sealing opened rapidly.
