摘要
针对企业传统培训存在的缺陷和不足,引出行动学习法在企业培训中应用的发展潜力,并以具体应用实例加以证明,并对成功实施所需的关键因素做简要分析,以让更多的企业界人士认识和深入了解行动学习的深刻涵义,进而借鉴使用。
Aiming at the defects and deficiency of traditional enterprise training, the paper draws forth the potential development of action learning method applied in staff training, and with a specific application case to prove it. Finally, give a brief analysis on some critical factors which need to achieve success, in order to help more businessmen understand and comprehend the profound meaning of action learning, so that they can use it for reference.
