γδT细胞在过敏性哮喘中作用研究的新进展 被引量:5

摘要 支气管哮喘的典型特征是气道炎症和气道高反应性。Thl/Th2失衡是其主要的免疫学改变,也是哮喘发生发展的关键。众多细胞和因子影响Th1/Th2应答平衡,其中广泛存在于皮肤粘膜组织的γδT细胞,因其存在的部位及其独特的生物学特性,使其与哮喘相关性的研究越来越受到重视。
