摘要 饲料成套设备的传统设计是设计制造各部件组装样机,设计周期长、成本高,而采用虚拟设计可以简化这一过程而达到同样的设计效果并可检验设计中存在的不足,本文在确定工艺方案过程中借助SolidWorks软件设计绘制各单机示意外形图,通过虚拟装配将各个单机部件按照一定顺序及方位规则组装起来,从而在设计中增加感性认识以优化整体结构布局设计而得到最佳设计方案。 The complete feed sets of equipment with traditional design is designed and manufactured various parts assembly prototype, the design cycle is long, the cost is high, and the virtual design can simplify the process and achieve the same effect of the design and can test of the insufficiency in design, the paper with the aid of SolidWorks software design drawing every single schematic outline drawing in determining the process program process, according to certain order and bearing rules together the virtual assembly of every single parts, in order to increase in the design of perceptual knowledge in order to optimize the overall structure layout design and optimal design scheme.
