基于双因素维归约的单脉冲弧焊电源动特性自适应在线监测实验分析

摘要 电焊机的种类、基本原理、主电路结构、材料等各方面获得长足发展,并且仍保持良好的发展势头。面对型号、规格日新月异的弧焊电源,要逐一实现自动化监测,较为困难。双因素维归约方法可破解该困局。应用该方法对单脉冲弧焊电源进行动特性自适应在线监测实验。结果表明:二类自动评定准确率为97.9167%;五级自动评定准确率83.3333%。该方法对单脉冲弧焊类型具备较高的自动评定能力,有一定的应用价值。 The types,basic principles,main circuit structures,materials and other aspects of welding machines have seen rapid development and maintained great momentum.h is relatively difficult to make automatic detection on different arc welding power sources respectively due to the rapid emergence of their new types.The problem can be solved by means of dimension reduction of two factors, which, as is mentioned in this paper, is applied to the self-adapting online detecting experiment in dynamic characteristics of the P-GMAW power source.The results show that the accuracy of binary-class automatic assessment and five-grade automatic evaluation reaches 97.916 7% and 83.333 3% respectively.This method can be adopted to automatically evaluate the P-GMAW power supply and has good practical value.
