摘要
对轨道车辆用6005A-T6铝合金厚板进行多层多道焊焊接工艺试验,分析焊接试件焊后出现较大的焊接变形的原因,并采用Sysweld软件对焊接变形及应力场进行了数值模拟。通过优化焊接工艺、调整正反面焊缝分布状态、设计合理的焊接反变形量,铝合金厚板的焊接变形得到了有效控制,并且最大焊接应力值降低了约12.2%。
Multi-layer and muhi-pass welding test of 6005A-T6 aluminum alloy thick plate on railway vehicles was conducted.The courses of welding distortion was analyzed.Sysweld software was used to simulating welding distortion and stress field.Welding distortion were effectively controlled through optimized welding technology, adjusting seam distributing on both sides and designing rational backward deformation.Welding stress was decreased about 12.2%.
