少数民族心理压力的结构与问卷编制

The development of a psychological stress questionnaire for ethnic minorities

从国内少数民族民众的生活实际出发,对少数民族的心理压力结构进行探讨,并编制少数民族心理压力问卷对1325名少数民族民众进行调查。通过对调查结果的探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,修正问卷的理论构想,检测问卷的信度和效度。结果表明:少数民族心理压力主要有文化适应压力、日常生活压力、工作就业压力、健康与变故压力、负担管教压力和婚恋问题压力;自编的少数民族心理压力问卷具有良好的信效度。

Based on the factual living of ethnic minority people, the research explored the structure of ethnic minorities＇ psychological stress, developed a questionnaire of ethnic minorities＇ psychological stress and 1 325 ethnic minorities were invited to complete the questionnaire. Examined the theoretical ideas of the questionnaire according to the exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses of the questionnaire, and tested the reliability and validity of the survey. Results showed ： the structure of ethnic minorities＇ psychological stress contained six factors, the factors were accuhurative stress, daily life stress, job or employment stress, health or accident stress, burden or education stress, the love or marriages stress. The self-developed questionnaire could be suitable for measuring psychological stress of ethnic minorities reliably and validly.
