广西高校毕业生就业创业的环境研究

On the Environment of Obtaining Employment and Starting Business for Graduates of Guangxi's Colleges

高校毕业生的就业创业问题是人们普遍关注的社会热点、焦点及难点问题,是关系大学生自我发展、高等教育的改革和发展及社会安定的综合性问题。本文对广西高校毕业生就业创业的环境进行研究,探讨广西高校毕业生就业创业的环境特征与存在的问题,并就如何优化我区高校毕业生就业创业的环境进行了探讨。

The issues of obtaining employment and starting business for the college graduates are commonly concerned about as social hot spot, focus and difficulty, which are also the synthetic problems involved with the self-development of the college students, the reform and development of the higher education as well as the stability of the society. This paper is to study the environment of obtaining employment and starting business for the college graduates of Guangxi＇s colleges, explore the environmental characteristics and the existing problems for the graduates, and finally discuss how to optimize the environment of employment and business for the graduates of Guangxi＇s colleges.
