建立与完善传媒业长效激励机制之探析

摘要 要发挥激励的最大效能,传媒业需要物质与精神激励并重原则,灵活把握原则,根据传媒单位的实际情况,驾轻就熟地运用目标激励法、竞争法、奖惩法、薪酬激励法、培训激励法与自我激励法。建设好科学合理的激励机制,需要研讨有效的激励系统,采取晋升、技术激励、组织文化与精神激励等多重激励措施,严格推行绩效考核,突出"能力本位"的激励特色,努力践行岗薪制,让技能与报酬有机地结合起来,最终达到能力提升的激励宗旨。 To exert maximum performance of incentive mechanism, we should take into account both material and spiritual principles of motivation to the media industry, flexibly grasp the principle in line with the reality of the media unit, adeptly apply the principles of objective incentives, competi- tion, reward and punishment, payment incentives, training excitation method and self-encouragement. To build a scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism, we need to explore an effectively incentive system including multiple incentives in promotion, technique, organizational culture and spiritual reward. Besides, we need to strictly implement performance appraisal, highlight the capabilities based on incentive characteristics, and strive to carry out the salary system for specific position to organically combine skills and payment, so as to ultimately enhance the incentive purpose.
