摘要
针对成品车间包装系统运行现状进行探讨、分析,寻找目前存在的问题,通过设备改进、优化操作、理论培训和包装质量数据的监控和控制,提升了产品上封口合格率,改善了产品外观包装质量,实现了降低生产成本,延长设备使用周期的目标。
The problems were found in the existed urea packing unit by research on site in respect of the present operation conditions. The quality of packing appearance was improved as the quality pass rate ofsealing was enhanced by improving the equipment, optimizing the operation, theoretical training and monitoring the package quality control data, hence the production cost was decreased and operation life of equipment was prolonged.
