摘要 为了降低合成氨生产过程中甲醇损耗量,减少环境排放,节约成本,调查分析确定造成甲醇损耗的九个因素。通过合理措施的实施,优化硫化氢浓缩塔尾气放空洗涤系统操作,降低甲醇脱水塔排放废水的甲醇含量在0.2%以内,减少甲醇开车损耗,2011年甲醇损耗同比降低了36%。 To minimize methanol loss during synthetic ammonia production, reduce the waste discharge, and save the cost, nine (9) factors that cause methanol loss were found after survey. For tail gas discharge from hydrogen sulfide evaporation tower, operation was optimized systematically to reduce scrubbing water consumption at the tower top. For waste water discharge from methanol dehydrogenation tower, strict control on temperature at the top and bottom made methanol content in waste water not more than 0.2%. Process flow reformation minimized the loss of methanol during commissioning. By taking the measures above, the loss of methanol in 2011 was reduced by 42% compared with that in 2010.
