摘要
通过筒体结构、筒体受力、筒体材料、使用环境等方面剖析硝铵转筒干燥机筒体纵向裂纹产生的原因,并制定了相应的修复方案,有效遏制了裂纹的进一步发展,延长了筒体的使用寿命。
Causes for longitudinal crack generated on rotary cylinder for nitramine were analyzed through cylinder structure, stress on cylinder, cylinder material and utilization environment. The relevant maintenance plans for curbing further development of crack to prolon the life of cylinder were nresented.
