介绍空气压缩机组的结构、工作原理及改造情况,分析高压缸振动故障的原因,采取合理措施消除故障,总结机组现场排查故障盲点和故障处理反思,以期实现装置长周期、经济、高效运行。

An introduction was given to the structure of air compressor, its mechanism, and reformation. Reasons for vibration in high pressure cylinder were analyzed, and appropriate measures were taken to eliminate the malfunction. Blind spots during malfunction search on site were summarized, and the selfexamination on malfunction settlement was done for carrying on a long-term, economic and high efficient operation of the plant.
