摘要
目的:了解中国当代艺术类大学生积极心理品质的发展状况,针对其发展特点提出相应的培养对策。方法:采用《中国大学生积极心理品质量表》,通过整群团体测试的方式,对2085名在校大学生的积极心理品质发展状况进行调查和分析。结论:所调查的艺术类大学生积极心理品质发展状况总体良好,在认知、情感、公正和节制四个维度上的得分均显著高于非艺术类大学生;除人际维度差异不显著外,其他五个维度上的得分均显著高于全国常模;不同年级艺术类大学生积极心理品质的各个维度上存在显著差异。在此调查结果的基础上,本研究提出了针对艺术类大学生积极心理品质培养的教育对策和建议。
This study aims to explore the developments of Chinese art college students' positive mental quality, and put forward the strategies for the cultivation of art students, by using the Scale for Chinese College Students' Positive Mental Quality to survey 2085 college students. The results show the following: the art college students surveyed generally show good developments in their positive mental quality, and achieve significantly higher scores on cognition, affect, justice and moderation than the non-art students; they achieve significantly higher scores on five dimensions than the national norm, except for the dimension of interpersonal relationship; the art college students in different academic years show a significant difference in various dimensions of positive mental quality. In conclusion, the article gives suggestions on the cultivation of art college students' positive mental quality.
