320排CT对冠状动脉血管成像的诊断价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析320排CT不同心率患者冠状动脉血管成像的图像质量和诊断结果。方法分析113例行320排CT冠状动脉血管造影和传统冠状动脉血管造影的患者的影像资料。以传统冠状动脉血管造影作为参考进行比较,评价冠状动脉狭窄的诊断准确性。结果共分析1 326段冠状动脉。3组图像的优良率和可评价比例差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。低、中、高心率患者诊断结果的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 320排CT冠状动脉血管成像能保证不同心率的图像质量并具有较好的诊断结果。
